Guarantee Terms
Everything below goes into your written agreement before you pay anything.
Up to ten local keywords in the form of “service + location”, agreed in writing before work begins. Each must have measurable local search volume in your area.
A position in the top ten organic results, or a position in the Google local map pack, for at least one covered keyword.
By a third-party rank tracker you have login access to, checked from inside your agreed service area, on desktop and mobile. Personalised or logged-in searches don't count.
Runs from your go-live date, typically about three weeks after kickoff, and pauses if we're waiting on content, access, or approvals from you for more than five business days.
We refund the service fees paid for that 90-day period and continue the work at no charge until at least one covered keyword reaches page one. Third-party costs already spent — ad budget, hosting, licences — aren't refundable.
Admin access to your domain, hosting, and Google Business Profile; approvals within five business days; and no third-party changes to the site or profile without telling us.
Pre-existing Google penalties or manual actions, category restrictions, brand-new domains in the most competitive metros, and events outside our control.

No. After launch it's month to month with 30 days' notice. You keep the domain, the website, the content, and every lead — even if you leave.
