Do you take juniors?
Occasionally, when there is capacity to mentor properly. We would rather say no than hire someone into work we cannot support them through.
Is the work remote?
Remote-friendly and output-focused. Some client work needs on-site time for photography or workshops.
Do you use freelancers?
