This policy explains how Oviweb (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through oviweb.io and the services we provide. Our registered address is 1317 N. San Fernando Blvd, Suite 315, Burbank, CA 91504.
02What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer enquiries and deliver work.
- Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you write in a form or send us by email or SMS.
- Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Client account data. For clients, we may access analytics, advertising, hosting and CRM accounts you grant us permission to work in.
We do not knowingly collect payment card details through this website. Payments are handled by Stripe, under their own terms and privacy policy.

- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
06How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement and afterwards for as long as tax and contractual obligations require, typically 7 years.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain processing, or ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell personal information.
To make a request, use our contact form or call (800) 519-0018. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the period required by law. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA gives you the rights described above, including the right to know what we hold, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under that law, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not knowingly process the personal information of anyone under 16. If you contact us from the UK or the EU, we handle your information on the same terms set out here and will honour equivalent requests.
08Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege access to client accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09Children
Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
