The work

Six Steps, One Fixed Price

From the first call to the monthly report. Nothing gets designed until the structure and the words are agreed, and nothing is billed that was not in the scope.

01Step 1

Discovery call

Thirty minutes. What the business does, which services are worth pushing, which areas you want work from, and what a booked job is worth to you.

02Step 2

Audit & plan

We review the site, the search presence and the competitors, then come back with a written scope, a timeline and a fixed price. Free, and yours to keep either way.

03Step 3

Structure & words

Sitemap, page structure and copy — agreed with you before a single pixel is designed. This is the step most agencies skip and most projects die on.

04Step 4

Design & build

You see the design, give notes, we build it. Two rounds of revisions included as standard, and you see working pages as they land.

01Step 5

Launch & wire up

We ship it, connect tracking for calls, forms and chats, switch on the AI agent, and submit what needs submitting.

02Step 6

Measure & improve

Monthly reporting on booked work, then the next thing to fix or the next town to go after. Month to month, so we earn it.

How we work

Six Rules We Do Not Break

These are the commitments that make the process above actually hold.

You talk to the people doing the work

No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. The people who build it are the people you speak to.

Scope in writing before anything starts

A written scope and a fixed price. If something is not in it, we tell you what it would cost before doing it — never after.

Your words, not borrowed ones

Copy written from conversations with you, not rewritten from a competitor. It is slower, and it is why the pages convert.

No lock-in, ever

Month-to-month terms, no long contracts and no exit fees. Your content, your customer data and any accounts in your name stay yours.

Launch is the middle, not the end

A site that ships and is never touched again decays. Care plans keep it fast, current and monitored.

Measured in booked work

Impressions and rankings are inputs. The report is calls, forms, chats and jobs.

Questions

About Working Together

The practical questions about how a project actually runs.

How long does a project take?

A website is typically four to six weeks from the discovery call, assuming content and feedback arrive promptly. Apps run eight to twelve weeks. Campaigns can start sooner, while the build is in progress.

How much of my time does it take?

Around three to four hours across the whole project: the discovery call, a content session, and two rounds of feedback. We do the rest.

What if we disagree about something?

We will tell you what we think and why, then do it your way if you still want it. It is your business — our job is to make sure you decide with the information, not to win an argument.

What happens after launch?

A care plan covering hosting, updates, security, backups and monitoring, plus whatever ongoing marketing you have chosen. Month to month, cancel any month.

Can we start small?

Yes. Plenty of clients start with one website or one campaign and add channels once it is producing. We scope and quote each stage as you get to it.
