Guarantee Terms
A guarantee that hides its terms is not a guarantee. Here is exactly what we promise, what we need from you, and what happens if we miss.

What we guarantee
The website we build for you reaches page one of Google local search — the first page of local organic results, the local map pack, or both — in 8–10 locations across your service area, within 90 days of it going live, measured from inside each of those locations. This is local SEO: the guarantee is about local results in your service area, not national rankings.

The site has to be ours
The guarantee applies only to a website we build. We cannot promise rankings on a site someone else built, because ranking depends on how the site is structured, written and built in the first place. If you already have a site we will audit it and tell you honestly what it would take — but it comes under the guarantee only once we have rebuilt it.

How the locations are chosen
We settle them with you before work starts: 8 to 10 towns, cities or neighbourhoods inside your service area with genuine local demand. Anywhere we think is unrealistic is excluded, and we say so at the time rather than after.

When the 90 days start
The day your new site goes live — not the day you sign, and not the day we start work. Baseline positions for every location are recorded that day and shared with you.

How we measure it
Position is measured in local search results from within each of the agreed locations, on both desktop and mobile, in the rank dashboard you can open any day. Personalised results on your own logged-in browser are not the measure — the tracked position is.

What we need from you
Access to the site, domain, Google Business Profile and analytics; your services, areas and prices; a few real photos; and responses to review requests. If we are waiting on you, the clock pauses for the days we are waiting — and we tell you when it does.

What happens if we miss
Your service fees for the guarantee period are refunded in full — every month of it, not a portion. Every lead produced in the meantime is yours to keep.

What is not covered
National or non-local search results, rankings on a website we did not build, advertising budget paid directly to Google or Meta, third-party subscriptions, and results in locations outside the agreed list. A service area you change mid-term is re-baselined by agreement.

Things outside anyone’s control
If Google removes the map pack for your category, penalises your domain for work done before us, or you change domain, business name or category mid-term, we will re-agree the terms with you in writing rather than quietly void the guarantee.

If you leave early
The guarantee runs while we are engaged. If you cancel before day 90 it ends with the engagement — but there is no exit fee and no clawback, and the leads you have already won are yours.

One more thing
We only take on a limited number of guarantee clients each month, because the promise is only credible if we can actually keep it. If we are full or your market is not winnable, we will tell you and suggest what to do instead.

The sceptical questions — the ones worth asking about any guarantee.
What is the catch?
That we are selective, and that we build the site ourselves. We only offer the guarantee on our own build and only in local search, which is why we check your market before we quote — it is as much us qualifying you as you qualifying us.
Does “page one” mean number one?
No — and any agency promising the top spot on a fixed date is guessing. Page one means the first page of local organic results or the local map pack for your services, searched from inside each location we target. That is where the calls come from. It does not mean national rankings.
Which locations are covered?
Eight to ten towns, cities or neighbourhoods inside your service area. We pick them with you — you know where the work is worth most, we know what is winnable in 90 days. Anywhere we think is unrealistic stays outside the guarantee rather than quietly setting you up to lose.
What if Google changes something?
Clause 09 covers it: if the map pack disappears for your category or something similar happens outside anyone’s control, we re-agree terms with you in writing. We will not use an algorithm update as a reason to void the promise.
Is ad spend included?
No. The guarantee is about organic and map-pack rankings. Ad budget is paid by you directly to Google or Meta and is separate from our fees, and we set it out in your quote.
Can you guarantee rankings on my existing website?
No. We only guarantee a site we build, because ranking locally depends on how the site is structured, written and built — and we cannot promise a result on work that is not ours. We will audit what you have and tell you honestly what it would take, but it comes under the guarantee only once we have rebuilt it.
