Most agencies win the work with senior people and staff it with junior ones. We would rather turn a project down than hand it to someone who is not ready for it — which means we take on fewer clients and stay closer to each one.

How big is the team?
Deliberately small. That is the trade: fewer clients at a time, and the senior people who pitched the work are the ones doing it.
What if my main contact is away?
Everyone on the team can see your project, your notes and your accounts. Nothing lives in one person’s inbox, and the care plan covers monitoring regardless of who is on holiday.
Do you use contractors?
For specialist work — photography, video, occasionally niche development — yes, and we tell you when we do. The core design, build and marketing work is ours.
Can we meet the people who will do the work?
That is the first call. There is no separate sales team to hand you over from.
