App development · iOS, Android & web

Apps that do the work your website can’t.

Customer portals, booking flows, field-service tools and SaaS products — designed around the job your customers and team do every day, built to a fixed scope, and maintained after launch. With practical AI inside, and code you own.

Built for the job your customers do every day

Websites win the first visit. Apps win the twentieth — the repeat booking, the job on site, the account someone checks every morning. We build the tool that fits that job, not a feature list.

What we build

Six Kinds of App We Build Well

Every one starts with the same question: what job does this need to do, and how will we know it is doing it?

Customer portals & booking apps

Accounts, appointments, quotes, payments and history — the self-service layer that turns a one-time customer into a repeat one and takes the admin off your phone.

Field-service & operations tools

Jobs, schedules, checklists, photos and sign-offs for the team on site — working offline, syncing when they are back in signal, and feeding the office in real time.

SaaS & web applications

Multi-tenant products with billing, roles and dashboards. Built to be sold, scaled and supported — not just demoed.

Native & cross-platform mobile

iOS and Android from one codebase when that is the right trade-off; fully native when performance or platform features demand it. We will tell you which, and why.

AI-powered features

Assistants that answer from your real data, triage requests, draft replies and book time — built into the product, grounded in your business, with a clean hand-off to a human.

Integrations & automations

Your CRM, calendar, payments, phone system and accounting talking to each other. The app becomes the hub instead of one more silo.

What you get

Everything in the Build

One written scope, agreed before we start. No surprise line items halfway through.

Discovery & scoping

We map the job, the users and the edge cases, then write the scope in plain language — screens, flows, integrations and what “done” means.

UX/UI design system

Clickable prototype first, so you react to something real. Then a component system that keeps every screen consistent and every future feature cheap.

The right stack, explained

Native, cross-platform or web — chosen for your users and budget, not our preference. You get the reasoning in writing.

Backend, data & security

APIs, database, authentication, roles and backups — engineered for privacy from day one, with the hosting and monitoring we run for you.

Store launch & rollout

App Store and Google Play submissions, review handling, staged rollouts and analytics wired in, so the first week tells us something.

Maintenance & updates

OS updates, dependency patches, monitoring and small improvements on a month-to-month plan. The app keeps working after the launch party.

Quality

Fast, stable, and measured before it ships

Slow screens and crashes are how users quietly leave. Every release is checked against a performance budget — cold start, screen load, crash-free rate — before it goes to the store, and monitored after.

Process

From Idea to App Store

Short sprints, working software every couple of weeks, and nothing built until the scope and the prototype are agreed.

01Week 1–2

Discovery & scope

Who uses it, what job it does, what it connects to. You get a written scope, a timeline and a fixed price.

02Week 2–4

Design & prototype

A clickable prototype you can put in front of real users before a line of production code is written.

03Week 4–12

Build in sprints

Working builds on your phone every two weeks. You see progress, give notes, and nothing surprises you at the end.

04Launch +

Ship, measure, improve

Store submission, staged rollout, analytics and monitoring — then a month-to-month plan to keep it fast and current.

Typical

An off-the-shelf app builder

  • Your process bent to fit their templates
  • Per-user fees that climb as you grow
  • Integrations that almost work — until they don’t
  • No real answer when something breaks on site
  • You rent it. Leaving means starting over.
Oviweb

A custom build

  • Built around the job your team and customers actually do
  • Fixed scope and price; month-to-month care after launch
  • Connected properly to the systems you already run
  • Monitored, patched and supported by the people who built it
  • You own the code, the accounts and the data outright
Questions

Before You Ask

Straight answers to what owners usually want to know before scoping an app.

How long does an app take?

A focused first version — one job done well — typically ships in eight to twelve weeks from the discovery call. Larger products with billing, roles and multiple integrations take longer, and we tell you that in the scope, not halfway through.

Native or cross-platform?

Cross-platform (one codebase for iOS and Android) is right for most business apps and roughly halves the build. We go native when the app leans hard on device features, performance or platform-specific UI. You get the recommendation and the reasoning in writing.

Do I need an app, or is a better website enough?

Sometimes the honest answer is a better website with a booking flow. If the job is repeated, needs to work offline, or lives on a phone in someone’s hand all day, an app earns its place. We will tell you which — even when it is the cheaper answer.

Can you put AI in it?

Yes, and usefully. Assistants that answer from your real data, triage requests, draft replies and book time — built into the product, grounded in your business, and handing off cleanly to a person when it matters.

Who owns the code, and what happens after launch?

You do — repository, store accounts, data, all in your name. After launch, a month-to-month plan covers OS updates, patches, monitoring and small improvements. Cancel any month; the app is still yours.
